Quotations arrive in one shape
Price, lead time, terms and notes, in the same fields every time. That is what makes side-by-side comparison possible; a folder of PDFs and WhatsApp forwards is not comparable, only readable.
Awarding closes the loop
You award one quotation. The others are declined automatically with a reason, so nobody is left waiting on a reply that was never coming — which is the single most common complaint about how sourcing works today.
Edit or withdraw your own requirement
A requirement that is still open can be corrected or taken down. Withdrawn requirements stop accepting quotations immediately and disappear from the marketplace, rather than sitting there collecting replies you will never read.
